Every order is carefully packed and shipped directly from Seoul, South Korea, with full tracking.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Korean public holidays). During holidays such as Chuseok and Lunar New Year, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery time
After dispatch, international standard delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, the United States, and many countries across Europe and Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Customs, duties and taxes
United States: duties and taxes are included. Nothing extra is payable on delivery.
Middle East and most other countries: orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import VAT, duties, or customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Parcels refused because of customs charges cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for making sure products can be legally imported into their country.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Compensation is reviewed once the carrier officially confirms a parcel as lost.
Wholesale orders
Shipping for bulk and wholesale orders is quoted individually based on weight and destination.
